The ideal candidate will have experience in a relevant clinical setting, with strong communication and computer skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

About the Role:

  • Coordinate monitoring services for physicians and other health professionals.
  • Provide crisis consultation, assessment, and interpret monitoring data from a clinical perspective.
  • Manage ongoing case management tasks and track participant progress independently.

Requirements:

  • Two years of experience in a relevant clinical setting (e.g., addiction, psychiatric, community mental health).
  • Excellent communication and computer skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Substance Use Disorder assessment and treatment knowledge is required.
