We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at Coles Liquorland. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have an enjoyable shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, answering their queries, and offering product recommendations.
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card sales, and other payment methods.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer areas.
- Participate in visual merchandising and stock management activities to ensure that the store looks appealing and is well-stocked.
- Assist with stock replenishment, receiving, and rotation, as well as maintaining accurate inventory levels.
- Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our products, including their features, benefits, and pricing.
- Contribute to the achievement of sales targets by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.
About You
- You have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to providing a positive shopping experience.
- You are a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
- You have a basic understanding of wine, beer, and spirits, and are eager to learn more about our products.
- You are able to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- You have a current accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) qualification.
