Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality swimming and water safety lessons to members
- Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the needs of our members
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve our goals and objectives
- Participate in ongoing professional development to maintain and improve your skills and knowledge
- Current AustSwim Certificate – Teaching of Swimming and Water Safety
- Current First Aid (Level 2) & Current CPR Certificate
- Working With Children Check (or equivalent) & National Police Check
- Ability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
