About the Role:
As a Trainee Educator, you will play a vital role in providing children with the best possible start to their school journey. Your dedication and passion for early childhood education will enable you to create a safe and nurturing environment for children, families, and colleagues.
You will work towards achieving a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care by:
- Maintaining a safe environment that meets the National Quality Standards (NQS) and adhering to Goodstart Policies, Procedures, and Requirements
- Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families through effective communication and collaboration
- Actively contributing to the education program in the room and centre team, promoting continuous improvement and reflective practice
- Supporting a culture of professional development and ongoing learning
To be eligible for this Traineeship, you must have:
- The willingness and motivation to study towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care
- A permanent right to work in Australia
- Good time management and organisational skills to balance work and study commitments
- Ability to work well individually and as part of a team, demonstrating teamwork and collaboration
- Enthusiasm and a positive attitude towards early years education
- Working with Children Check (or be willing to obtain one)
- Proof of immunisation against Measles, Mumps, and Rubella and Whooping Cough (Pertussis) (or be willing to receive)
