Job Title: Commercial Interior Designer

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Interior Designer with a strong proficiency in Revit and solid knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction methods.

This role will involve working on large commercial projects, translating design concepts into accurate, clear, and coordinated documentation for construction. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of industry experience, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce high-quality documentation packages from design development through to construction documentation.
  • Accurately model interior elements using Revit in accordance with project standards.
  • Create detailed drawings, plans, and presentations using Revit.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and consultants throughout all project phases.
  • Contribute to client presentations and coordinate design approvals.
  • Ensure design integrity is maintained throughout construction.
  • Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in interior design with a focus on commercial buildings.
  • Strong proficiency in Revit is essential.
  • Experience working within a design and construction company is required.
  • Solid knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction methods.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A degree in Interior Design or a related field.
