Job Title: Tradesperson - Maintenance Specialist

Job Description:

The tradesperson will be responsible for maintaining the safety and functionality of facilities through planned and corrective maintenance tasks.

  • Perform allocated planned and corrective maintenance activities on plant, infrastructure, and equipment under the direction of trade supervisors.
  • Assist qualified tradespersons with maintenance tasks, including test and tagging, plant room cleaning, and water flushing.
  • Ensure all work is conducted safely, timely, cost-effectively, and to prescribed quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to minimise disruption and uphold organisational standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A commitment to workplace health and safety, equal employment opportunity, and delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Basic knowledge or willingness to quickly learn relevant systems such as S/4HANA, Riskman, MyHR, WHS Monitor, and Microsoft Office.
