Job Description:

This role provides an opportunity to shape the financial operations of a high-end consumer goods business.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement, supporting business transformation, and providing meaningful insights that influence decision-making at the highest level.

  • Lead the day-to-day financial management, including month-end, compliance, and reporting.
  • Oversee the preparation of statutory accounts and liaise with external auditors.
  • Partner with operational teams to deliver financial insights and improve performance.
  • Enhance systems, processes, and controls in line with growth and best practice.
  • Support strategic initiatives, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
Key Responsibilities:

This Financial Controller will work closely with an exceptional CFO to drive financial excellence and support business growth.

The ideal candidate will be a technically strong finance professional with a strong foundation in financial reporting, compliance, and team leadership.

Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment – ideally within consumer goods, retail, or FMCG – will be highly regarded.
