Your Role

We're looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving retail excellence and strong sales results. You'll work closely with the Store Manager to achieve exceptional customer service standards and oversee the operations and commercial practices of the store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach the team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Oversee store operations, including front and back of house management
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve customer experience
  • Work collaboratively with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives
  • Monitor and manage change in the retail environment
  • Recruit, retain, and develop a high-performing team
What We're Looking For
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in the beauty industry
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Ability to analyze performance data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
