We are seeking an experienced leader to support and develop our retail team.
To meet peak trading needs, flexibility in working hours is required, particularly on Tuesdays to Saturdays.

We are an ambitious group passionate about making a positive difference in communities that need access to essential services. Our designers are influenced by the latest global fashion trends, and we bring our products directly from manufacturers to customers.
Our store teams rely on your ability to coach effective selling and customer service skills, ensuring a superior customer experience.
About the RoleThe Store Manager will oversee the day-to-day operation of our retail arm, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. You will collaborate closely with Optometrists to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Key Qualifications- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an Assistant Store Manager or higher retail management position.
- Proven ability to work with budgets and schedule staff in compliance with local labour laws.
