About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our Acquiring team at Cuscal. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategic vision for our payment products and ensuring their performance and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design value propositions that differentiate Cuscal's position in the market as a B2B payments provider
  • Ensure that there are clearly defined product requirements, SLAs aligned to market needs, pricing models and distribution channels
  • Manage the integration of new product development or product change into existing processes
  • Ensure that all products, services, and activities are compliant with all forms of regulation, legislation and/or policies
  • Clearly understand the relationship between the clients and Cuscal and take every opportunity to enhance the relationship with our clients
  • Develop, prepare, and deliver presentations or communications on products and services to clients and other interested parties to assist in the education process and marketing of Cuscal's products
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and new developments in payments technology to evaluate product competitiveness and drive a competitive roadmap

About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • More than 5 years of Product Management experience in acquiring payments (preferred) delivering SaaS and/or B2B products
  • A keen sense for outstanding products and advocate for new features using both qualitative and quantitative reasoning
  • The ability to transform incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into clear action plans
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to story tell and influence multiple stakeholders
  • Enough technical knowledge to engage engineers in meaningful discussions about architecture and product decisions
