The Tasman, a Luxury Collection Hotel, is a distinguished establishment that combines modern and heritage architecture, offering an exceptional experience to its guests. We are currently seeking a dedicated F&B Event Supervisor to join our dynamic Event team.

Key Responsibilities

In this pivotal role, you will:

  • Lead a team to deliver outstanding customer service during events.
  • Oversee the setup of banquet areas, ensuring all arrangements meet cleanliness and company standards.
  • Address and fulfill any special requests related to banquet events.
  • Maintain meticulous table setups and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Document relevant information in the department logbook for future reference.
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within a luxury hotel or hospitality environment.
  • A strong commitment to customer service and a solid work ethic.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and personal presentation.
  • A passion for food and beverage offerings.
  • Excellent communication skills, both in person and through written correspondence.
  • Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.
  • Valid DoFoodSafely Certificate.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
