Job Description

">We are seeking a skilled and friendly Customer Service Officer to join our front of house team at Roselands Shopping Centre.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic retail environment and genuinely enjoys helping others. As the welcoming face of the shopping centre, you will be the first point of contact for customers and tenants, playing a key role in creating memorable guest experiences and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver friendly and professional front desk service, in-person and over the phone.">
  • Record and manage customer feedback, liaising with relevant teams.">
  • Collect and update tenant trading hours, contact details, insurance, and monthly sales.">
  • Support contractors and couriers on site, ensuring all protocols are followed.">
  • Raise purchase orders and manage admin-related tenant tasks.">
  • Liaise professionally with internal and external stakeholders.">
  • Attend emergency procedure training and assist during incidents.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

">The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer service or retail environment, strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent organisational and time management abilities, a proactive, team-oriented, and flexible attitude.">
