Delays and Dispute Resolution Expert

We are seeking an experienced project planner or engineer with a strong analytical mind to join our team in Australia.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working on live construction projects, with experience in dispute management and arbitration proceedings.

Key responsibilities will include forensically reviewing large data sets, analyzing delay patterns and providing expert testimony in court.

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional to transition into a specialism in dispute resolution and construction claims, working closely with our global network of offices.

Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrable experience working in the constructions industry with experience working on live projects.
  • Experience of dispute management and ideally had involvement in arbitration or Expert Witness proceedings.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to forensically review large data sets relating to disputes.
  • Strong skills using relevant software tools, which includes but is not limited to the following: Primavera P6 and MS Project.
