Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced retail professional to join our team as Third In Charge at our Glenelg store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supporting the successful and efficient running of the store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and motivate a team of outdoor enthusiasts to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results.
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring successful customer service, merchandising, inventory processes, and standards are in place.
- Take responsibility for the operations of the store in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
- Create an enjoyable experience for each and every customer.
Requirements:
- Strong retail or customer service experience with sound knowledge of retail operations such as stock control and visual merchandising.
- Excellent customer service experience and a genuine passion for our products and the growth of our business.
- Adaptable and able to cope well within a fast-paced retail environment.
