About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced retail professional to join our team as Third in Charge at Tea Tree Kathmandu. As a key member of our management team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of store operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive and motivate a team of outdoor enthusiasts to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results
  • Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring successful customer service, merchandising, inventory processes, and standards are in place
  • Take responsibility for the operations of the store in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager
  • Create an enjoyable experience for each and every customer
Requirements
  • Strong retail or customer service experience with sound knowledge of retail operations, including stock control and visual merchandising
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to share your genuine passion for our products and the growth of our business with customers and your team
  • Adaptability and the ability to cope well in a fast-paced retail environment
