Visual Merchandising Opportunity

This role is responsible for ensuring a high standard of merchandising presentation in the store.

  • Apply and implement merchandising guidelines to achieve desired visual standards.
  • Identify and action merchandising opportunities to increase sales in conjunction with the Store Management Team.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Applying and interpreting merchandising guidelines to maintain consistency.
  2. Working closely with the Store Management Team to identify and execute sales-driven initiatives.
  3. Ensuring consistent implementation of visual merchandising standards across all areas of the store.
  4. Providing support to the Windows Team in installing window displays and maintaining visual appeal.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in merchandising, preferably within a fashion retailer.
  • Excellent time management, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • A passion for visual merchandising and attention to detail.
