About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Panel Beater to join our team at Busways. As a key member of our Workshop team, you will be responsible for undertaking the preparation and cleaning of all surfaces prior to any paint application taking place, removing, repairing and replacing damaged panels, and ensuring the maintenance of all spray-painting equipment and tools provided by the Company.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Undertake the preparation and cleaning of all surfaces prior to any paint application taking place.
  2. Remove, repair and replace damaged panels.
  3. Maintain all spray-painting equipment and tools provided by the Company.
  4. Provide body structural, accident damage and associated repairs, service and maintenance to vehicles as required.
  5. Maintain and perform all workshop practices in a manner that adheres to all Workplace Health and Safety regulations.

Requirements:

  1. Relevant trade qualifications.
  2. Sound level and demonstrated skills in a spray-painting role.
  3. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  4. Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies.
  5. Sound level of verbal and written communication.
