Job Opportunity

We are seeking experienced healthcare professionals to support our client in Oakleigh, Australia. Our ideal candidate will have proven experience in tracheostomy care, manual handling, and pressure area management.

  • Airway assistance and management is essential for this role.
  • Continuous clinical assessment of the client requires a high level of skill and attention to detail.
  • The successful candidate will assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) alongside the support worker.
  • Experience with non-cuffed tracheostomy care and management is highly valued.
  • PEG management including feeding and medication administration is also required.
  • Personal care including skin integrity management and pressure area care is a key aspect of this role.
  • Supporting the client with activities at home and in the community is an important part of this position.

Our ideal candidate must possess:

  • A valid driver's license
  • Current registration with AHPRA
  • A current CPR certificate (within 12 months)
  • An NDIS worker screener check
  • An international police check (if applicable)

This is a flexible, full-time role offering above award hourly rates and a great work-life balance. You will be supported by a strong management team and 24-hour consultant availability.
