About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Development Manager to join our team at Bluestone Recruitment. As an Assistant Development Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the wider team on the overall operation and successful management of landmark major developments.
This encompasses all facets of a project, including residential, hotels, communal spaces, retail, and F&B offerings. You will be involved in all aspects of the project lifecycle, from briefing consultants, managing agreements, and tracking variations to ensuring proper documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the team in the overall operation and management of major developments
- Assist in project planning, coordination, and execution
- Manage documentation, track funding conditions, and coordinate demolition and authority submissions
- Assist in town planning, monitor compliance, and review discrepancies
- Manage information flow and handle the defect process and settlement tasks
About You:
- Tertiary qualified in a property-related discipline or related field
- Experience in property sales/marketing campaigns is ideal
- 2+ years of experience in the development industry will be highly regarded
- A real passion and drive to excel
- Willingness to learn from the wider team
- A desire to take initiative with a strong sense of determination
