Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer experiences, share knowledge of products, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

About the Role
  • Provide world-class customer service experience to every customer by being approachable, friendly, and solution-focused.
  • Expand your knowledge of products and become an expert in tea brewing and preparation methods.
  • Manage high volumes of stock and undertake visual merchandising to provided standards, ensuring a visually appealing store environment.
  • Take care of your own health and safety and the safety of others by following company safety policies and procedures.
About You
  • You must be customer-centric with excellent communication skills.
  • You should be ready to work in a busy and fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
  • You must be self-motivated and eager to learn with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • You possess strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Previous customer service or retail experience is highly advantageous.
