About the Role

The SA Health Trainee Medical Officer Unit is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to provide administrative support to the Manager and TMO HR Case Coordinators. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for maintaining and data entering the Complete Human Resource Information System 21 (CHRIS), providing a high level of customer support through a resourceful reception service, and supporting the HR Advisor with salary determinations and preparation of contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Manager and TMO HR Case Coordinators, including maintenance and data entry of CHRIS.
  • Offer a high level of customer support through a resourceful reception service.
  • Support the HR Advisor with salary determinations and preparation of contracts.
  • Contribute to the efficient operations of the human resources processes within the TMO Unit.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in advanced computing skills, including email, word processing, and spreadsheets.
  • Experience of HR admin systems and processes.
  • Ability to work as a member of a team and contribute to a spirit of team co-operation and support.
  • Experience of working with, and providing support to, a diverse team of professionals within a busy work environment.
