About the Role

The SA Health organization is seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Assistant to join their Trainee Medical Officer Unit. As a key member of the team, you will provide exceptional customer support, maintain accurate records, and contribute to the efficient operation of human resources processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a high level of customer support through a resourceful reception service.
  • Maintenance and data entry of the CHRIS system.
  • Provide administrative support to the Manager and TMO HR Case Coordinators.
  • Support the HR Advisor with salary determinations, preparation of contracts, and provide human resource advice.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in advanced computing skills, including email, word processing, and spreadsheets.
  • Experience of HR admin systems and processes.
  • Ability to work as a member of a team and contribute to a spirit of team co-operation and support.
  • Experience of working with, and providing support to, a diverse team of professionals within a busy work environment.
