Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, handling data entry, and providing support with various HR activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process, including interviewing and onboarding new employees.
- Handle data entry and setup within our learning and asset management platform.
- Collaborate and provide support with various HR activities, ensuring effective HR processes and practices.
- Perform a range of administrative HR duties, including maintaining employee records, managing HR documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Develop, implement, monitor, and review the Employee Engagement Experience System.
- Manage performance and conduct reviews, and develop and amend current HR standards and procedures.
- Analyze and report on HR metrics.
Requirements:
- 2+ years' experience in human resources, ideally in a recruitment agency or similar industry.
- Familiarity with learning and training systems is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees and management.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
