We are seeking a senior transport professional to lead our import and export operations.

This role requires an individual who can drive process improvements, solve complex operational challenges and implement efficiencies using their expertise in freight management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and restructure transport and import operations to achieve proactive performance
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure consistent service excellence
  • Implement system-driven efficiencies through expertise in CW1, working cross-functionally across departments
  • Resolve operational issues swiftly, balancing the needs of customers, staff and the business
  • Review standard operating procedures (SOPs), staffing levels and warehouse processes, implementing improvements
