Executive Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and accomplished senior leader to fill the position of Director Assets and Infrastructure.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a visionary leader to drive strategic planning, project delivery, and asset management across various civic infrastructure projects.

  • Civic Operations: overseeing civil maintenance, parks and sports field maintenance, fleet management, and operational procurement services.
  • Civic Development: responsible for building, environmental/open space, and bush regeneration capital works programs.
  • Strategic Urban Planning: driving the creation of vibrant, sustainable, and community-focused public spaces through innovative urban design.

This key role is pivotal in delivering high-quality public spaces and infrastructure through efficient operations, effective project management, and sustainable practices.

The successful candidate will be a proven leader with a track record of inspiring, influencing, and fostering a culture of performance, innovation, and service excellence within a dynamic team environment.

To succeed in this role, you will need to deliver outcomes that align with our Community Strategic Plan and Long-Term Financial Plan.

You will lead a high-performing Directorate responsible for the strategic planning, delivery, and management of Council's assets, infrastructure, and public spaces.
