Mine Site Parts Coordinator Job Summary

This role is ideal for an individual with a strong background in fluid hose manufacturing and customer support.

As part of our team, you will be responsible for the production and assembly of fluid hoses, as well as liaising with customers to address their needs and provide solutions. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

About You

  • A minimum of experience in hose technician qualifications or relevant work experience is required.
  • Passion for the CAT brand is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills are crucial for this role.
  • Demonstrated experience with laptop, tablets, and parts systems is necessary.
  • A commitment to a No Harm Environment is expected.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manufacture and assemble fluid hoses.
  • Liaise with customers to address their needs and provide solutions.
  • Identify and troubleshoot hose solutions.
  • Receive on-site orders for immediate supply.
  • Control inventory levels and maintain stock.
  • Ensure a clean and organized work area.
