Sydney Real Estate Finance Lawyer Job

We are seeking a skilled banking and finance lawyer to join our real estate finance team in Sydney.
The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years' post-admission experience and solid exposure to real estate finance, with experience across a range of finance transactions, including syndicated and development finance.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting partners and clients on a wide variety of real estate finance matters.
- Working closely with the team to advise on complex financing structures across both domestic and international markets.
- Providing technical drafting and advisory skills to ensure seamless transaction execution.
Requirements:
- Post-admission experience: 4-6 years
- Experience in real estate finance: solid exposure
- Finance transactions: experience across a range of transactions
- Technical drafting and advisory skills: strong
