About This Opportunity

This role offers exposure to all facets of financial guidance, including insurance, retirement planning, investments, and collaboration with internal professionals and specialist advisors.

  • Assist in preparing Statements of Advice and Records of Advice to provide expert guidance to clients.
  • Liaise with product providers to gather relevant information and ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Prepare and lodge client applications efficiently, maintaining accurate and compliant records.
  • Maintain well-organized and compliant client files to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle client inquiries and interact effectively with administration platforms and fund managers to deliver exceptional service.
About You
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning) is highly preferred for success in this role.
  • Minimum one year of prior experience in a similar position within Financial Planning or Wealth Management is desired, but not essential.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly with Xplan or similar systems, are highly valued.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are crucial for success in this dynamic environment.
