Expert Career Guidance Consultant

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic professional to join our team as an Expert Career Guidance Consultant. This pivotal role will involve working closely with employers and job seekers to provide expert guidance and support, ensuring both parties achieve their goals.

In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the delivery of various programs and services, including the Australian Apprentice Get Ready Check and the Employer Get Ready Check. You will also liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Your key objectives will include increasing commencement, retention, and completion rates of Australian Apprentices. To achieve this, you will work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement effective strategies and solutions.

We are looking for a positive, adaptable, and driven self-starter who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and support. You will have excellent phone manners, strong analytical skills, and the ability to interpret and follow guidelines and procedures.

You will also have a proven capacity to meet set targets and KPIs, and be able to influence and negotiate within a complex and fast-changing environment. Your attention to detail and accuracy in data entry will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our programs and services.
