Job Opportunity

The role of a Store Manager is an exciting opportunity for a retail leader who's passionate about people, performance, and making a positive impact.

As a Store Manager, you'll oversee day-to-day store operations, drive team success, monitor sales performance, manage workforce planning, champion team development through training, coaching, and succession planning, create a strong, positive store culture, build community engagement, and ensure occupational health and safety compliance.

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversight of sales, KPIs, visual merchandising, stock management, and shrinkage
  • Driving team performance to achieve business targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Sales performance monitoring and implementation of actions to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals
  • Workforce planning and management in line with company standards and guidelines
  • Championing team development through training, coaching, and succession planning
  • Culture creation and maintenance focused on results, learning, and wellbeing
  • Community engagement through sporting partnerships and healthcare relationships
  • Occupational health and safety compliance in line with national and state requirements
Qualifications and Experience
  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or Senior Assistant Store Manager in a fast-paced retail environment
  • A confident, hands-on attitude and a passion for leading from the front
  • Experience developing high-performing teams and inspiring a culture of success
  • Operational expertise in workforce planning, wage control, visual merchandising, and stock
  • Strategic thinking and ability to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Effective relationship building with support office teams and local partners
