Assistant Store Manager Role

We are seeking an ambitious leader to drive business results and lead our store team in Townsville.

Requirements for Success:

  • Minimum 2 years retail management experience and excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive sales and costs figures.
  • Proven leadership experience in coaching and developing diverse teams and operations.
  • Able to continuously improve store management and customer service practices.
  • Attention to detail and organisational skills.
