Squiz is seeking a skilled Frontend Web Developer to join its professional services team. As a key member of the team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects across different sectors, focusing on delivering high-quality results that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical delivery of projects, ensuring timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to propose and implement effective solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to best development practices and provide accurate estimates for project tasks.
  • Mentor and guide peer developers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Develop strong partnerships with Agile Project Managers to drive project success.
  • Continuously evaluate and validate technical assumptions to ensure project goals are met.
  • Provide feedback to the Development Manager on areas for training and professional development for developers.

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in frontend web development technologies, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and React.
  • Experience with website, portal, intranet, and CMS development.
  • Strong desire to continue coding and being hands-on.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in client-facing roles and managing stakeholders.
  • Ability to plan, design, and build high-quality, robust websites or applications.
  • Technical leadership experience and analytical capabilities to assess multiple solutions.
  • Experience in gathering and writing technical specifications.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working in a client-facing role in a consulting or digital agency environment.
