This is a role that requires a high level of technical expertise, with a strong focus on frontend web development technologies, including Javascript, HTML, and CSS. You will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive the best possible outcome, while adhering to best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical delivery of projects, ensuring timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality results
  • Collaboration with development teams and stakeholders to ensure buy-in and successful project outcomes
  • Ensuring adherence to best development practices
  • Providing accurate estimates and mentoring junior developers
  • Building strong partnerships with Agile Project Managers and providing technical leadership
  • Constant evaluation and validation of technical assumptions
  • Feedback to Development Manager on areas for developer training and professional development
Requirements
  • Strong experience in frontend web development technologies, including Javascript, HTML, and CSS
  • Experience with website, portal, intranet, and CMS development
  • Desire to continue coding and being hands-on
  • Confidence and articulate communication skills
  • Experience in client-facing roles and managing stakeholders
  • Experience in planning, designing, and building high-quality, robust websites or applications
  • Experience in providing technical leadership and analytical capabilities
  • Experience in gathering and writing technical specifications
Nice to Have
  • Experience working in a client-facing role, preferably in a consulting or digital agency environment

Please note that this is a full-time position, not a daily rate contract.
