About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team at Team Global Express. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing our key strategic accounts and developing long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive growth and sales strategies to drive business expansion and customer loyalty.
  • Establish and nurture executive-level relationships to strengthen customer engagement and retention.
  • Identify opportunities to expand current services and cross-sell additional solutions to drive continuous business growth.
  • Advocate for customer requirements and develop innovative solutions to address their challenges and improve their experience.
  • Manage sales and revenue forecasts, ensuring accurate reporting and progression within target timeframes.
  • Collaborate with senior internal stakeholders to remove business barriers and enhance the customer experience.
About You

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic sales professional who thrives on selling complex B2B solutions to large clients. You should have a strong background in solution development and be able to interpret data to craft detailed solutions. Your exceptional sales and influencing skills, coupled with your ability to communicate and network with stakeholders at all levels, will be key to your success in this role.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with high-level stakeholders.
  • Experience in developing and executing strategies to retain and grow a customer portfolio.
  • Consistent history of meeting and exceeding sales targets, showcasing your ability to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Demonstrated commercial insight, including customer and opportunity planning, and accurate revenue forecasting.
  • Proven expertise in negotiating contracts and securing long-term business agreements.
