Competitive Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary range of $80,000 for our Graduate Teacher position. Job DescriptionAs an Early Childhood Educator at Goodstart Penfield Centre, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality educational programs to children from 6 weeks to 5 years old. You will work collaboratively with our experienced team to create engaging and interactive learning experiences that cater to the individual needs and interests of each child.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement educational programs that meet the requirements of the Australian Curriculum Framework
- Establish and maintain relationships with parents and other stakeholders to ensure a collaborative approach to children's education
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the centre's educational programs and practices
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or ACECQA-approved equivalent. You should also possess strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards, as well as current SA Working with Children Check and active registration with the Teachers Registration Board of South Australia (TRB SA).
