You will be an integral part of our Private Wealth division, working closely with a Financial Adviser to ensure an exceptional standard of service is delivered to our clients.
Your responsibilities include managing client workflows, maintaining compliance standards, and providing a seamless and professional client experience.
- Provide day-to-day support to a Financial Adviser, managing client administration and service delivery
- Coordinate and prepare documentation for client meetings, including Statements of Advice (SOAs), review packs, and follow-up tasks
- Manage implementation of advice and ongoing client requests with accuracy and urgency
- Liaise with clients, product providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and professional communication
- Maintain client records in accordance with compliance standards and regulatory requirements
- Identify process improvement opportunities to drive greater efficiency and consistency
We are looking for someone with:
- Minimum 2+ years' experience in a client services or adviser support role within financial planning or wealth management
- Strong understanding of financial advice processes, compliance obligations, and client engagement best practices
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Professional, articulate communicator with a client-first mindset
- Proficient with financial planning software (e.g. Xplan), MS Office Suite, and CRM systems
- A team player with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
