About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and caring individual to join our team as a Pet Care Assistant. As a key member of our store staff, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on pet wellness products, building relationships with customers, and maintaining a clean and organised store environment.

  • Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide knowledgeable and caring advice on pet wellness products
  • Build relationships with customers, offering warm and genuine service
  • Maintain a clean and organised store environment, including shelving and display areas
  • Assist with sales, returns, and large purchases
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store goals and objectives
The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for someone who is passionate about pets and has excellent customer service skills. You should be friendly, patient, and eager to help, with a natural love for animals and people.
