Team Leader Member Experience

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Member Experience team at Yarra City Council. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving a constructive culture, leading a team of Member Experience Officers, and enhancing the member experience through outreach and retention activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive a constructive culture: Develop and implement strategies to foster a positive and empowered team culture, promoting exceptional leadership and communication.
- Lead and coach the Member Experience team: Provide guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure the team achieves positive sales and retention outcomes.
- Enhance the member experience: Design and implement outreach and retention activities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor and evaluate customer feedback: Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the member experience.
- Champion a member-first culture: Promote a culture that prioritizes member needs and expectations, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
