We are seeking a highly reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Team Member. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our mailroom.
Main Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming calls and customer enquiries in a prompt and professional manner
- Sort and distribute mail and packages to various points in our multiple sites
- Book and lodge courier services with various courier companies
- Maintain office equipment, supplies, and stationery
- Perform light cleaning duties and general administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Previous mailroom experience is essential
- Excellent computer skills, including Word and Excel
- High level of attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Punctual, reliable, and hardworking
- Strong communication and customer service skills
