Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Food Service Manager to lead daily front-of-house operations.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring efficient service delivery, and driving revenue through superior service and operational discipline.

This role requires strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to foster a positive and accountable team culture aligned with the hotel's values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily FOH operations, ensuring consistent, high-quality service.
  • Lead pre-service briefings and service standards training.
  • Manage bookings, floor plans, and table allocations using reservation systems.
Leadership and Staffing
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and schedule FOH staff.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and manage underperformance constructively.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for improving staff engagement and productivity.
Customer Experience
  • Resolve guest complaints effectively and diplomatically.
  • Monitor and respond to guest feedback from online platforms.
  • Build relationships with regular patrons and special event clients.
Selection Criteria
  • Proven experience in a restaurant or F&B management role.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

The successful candidate will have excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
