Job Description

This Behaviour Support Practitioner role is designed to provide flexible work arrangements and a healthy work-life balance.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting assessments, analysing behavioural data, developing strategies and Positive Behaviour Support Plans, and supporting skill development.
  • You will work with individuals and their support networks to bring about behavioural change by understanding the relationship between a person's environment and their behaviour.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Have an undergraduate degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Hold current registration with the NDIS as a suitable Behaviour Support Practitioner.
  • Have postgraduate qualifications or be working towards them.
  • Be passionate about Behaviour Support and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have experience working with children and people with disability, and be familiar with the NDIS.
  • Hold a current driver's license and insure a roadworthy vehicle.
