About the Role:

Metalcorp is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Charters Towers branch and contribute to our Queensland state business plan. As a key member of our Queensland leadership team, you will be responsible for nurturing and growing partnerships with valued customers across a broad territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a cross-functional team in external sales, customer service, and operations
  • Develop solid partnerships with customers across the territory
  • Promote sales management processes and manage customers and territories
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop growth strategies to increase profit and create shareholder value
  • Work with the State Manager QLD to develop and execute business strategies to deliver positive financial results and improved operational outcomes

  • A demonstrated ability to lead, engage and develop an inclusive high-performing team
  • Exceptional customer relationship management and influencing skills
  • An excellent customer focus with the ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently
  • The ability to build constructive partnerships with internal peers and functions to achieve business outcomes
  • Hands-on experience within warehouse operations with a focus on safety, effective use of logistics systems and processes
  • A collaborative and authentic connected leadership style
