Job Overview

To excel in a dynamic team, we seek an experienced electrical supervisor to support our expanding infrastructure projects. Based in Metropolitan Melbourne, you will collaborate with engineers and multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex construction projects.

The ideal candidate will have a trade certificate and experience as a team leader or supervisor on industrial construction, mining, or maintenance projects. Proven commitment to safety, quality, and environmental compliance is essential.

Key responsibilities include supervising electrical subcontractors, implementing control measures to minimize risk, reporting incidents, and collaborating with project engineers.

  • Supervise electrical teams to ensure work meets specifications.
  • Implement control measures to minimize risk through SWMS, Special Processes, and Corrective Actions.
  • Report and respond to incidents, participating in investigations as required.
  • Collaborate with project engineers and multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements:

  • Ideal: trade certificate (or equivalent).
  • Experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor on industrial construction, mining, or maintenance projects.
  • Proven commitment to leading safety, quality, and environmental compliance on site.
