**Job Overview**: We seek an experienced professional in early learning who will work alongside our Centre Director to support our centre and team. This role involves using leadership qualities to engage and motivate your centre team, drive continuous improvement, and build a successful business.

In this role, you will

Support the Centre Director in leading the team to provide high-quality early learning and care
Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team
Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence
Use and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide

About the Opportunity

This full-time position offers a supportive and knowledgeable Centre Director to guide you through your career, onsite parking, and opening hours from 6:30am-6:00pm. You will be part of a multicultural centre with educators and families from diverse backgrounds.
