The Role

In collaboration with the Manager of Directions (MoD), the successful applicant will provide administrative support for the efficient operation of the Directions Support Office. This includes supporting the MoD in establishing and operating the college's Workplace Learning and Vocational Education and Training program. The tasks involve developing and maintaining program documentation, support materials, and procedures manuals.

The successful applicant will assist in training and inducting students into the Workplace Learning Program, induction and training of workplace supervisors, and fostering networks for workplace teachers and assessors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining program documentation and support materials;
  • Supporting the Manager of Directions in establishing and operating the Workplace Learning and VET program;
  • Training and inducting students into the Workplace Learning Program;
  • Fostering networks for workplace teachers and assessors;
