About the Role
The Injury Reporting Centre Coordinator will be responsible for delivering and maintaining exceptional injury triage services for clients. The role requires assessing reports and establishing processes to ensure outstanding customer service is achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial telephone screens with injured parties when required
- Develop Return to Work plans where required
- Liaise with treating medical practitioners
- Maintain effective and efficient communication with client organisations
- Update and maintain databases
- Design and document business processes
- Handle customer disappointments and complaints
- Complete Corrective Action Reporting where required
- Prepare regular client reports
- Provide specialist Allied Health advice to stakeholders
- Develop collaborative relationships with key stakeholders
Requirements
- Allied Health Qualification; Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapy or Exercise Physiology
- Registration with relevant professional body (NSW registration /AHPRA/ ESSA)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Advanced verbal communication skills
- Advanced computer literacy
- Driver's License (access to a pool car available)
Desirable Skills
- Experience and familiarity with applicable state and federal legislation
- Return to Work Coordinator Training
