Job Title: Education Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Education Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the school community in developing, articulating, and committing to a shared educational vision focused on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.

The Education Leader will uphold the principalship as a values-based, ethical, and moral activity, embedding socially just practices in daily school life. They will set high standards for student and staff performance, actively participate in lifelong learning and ongoing professional development, and form partnerships with parents, other government agencies, community groups, industry, and business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a shared educational vision that focuses on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
  • Uphold the principalship as a values-based, ethical, and moral activity, embedding socially just practices in daily school life.
  • Set high standards for student and staff performance, actively participating in lifelong learning and ongoing professional development.
