Lead Educator Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood professional to lead our centre in providing an exceptional learning environment for our children.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Early Childhood educator to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality education and care programs for children aged 0-5 years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop and implement engaging and inclusive learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children
  • To provide leadership and guidance to the teaching team in the planning and delivery of educational programs
  • To maintain open communication with parents and carers regarding their child's progress and development

Requirements:

  • Achieved Diploma in Children's Services or Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood)
  • Proven experience working with children aged 0-5 years in an Early Childhood setting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
