Engineering Project Leader

The Engineering Services Project Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless project transitions within the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership, governance, and oversight of key projects, associated with planning, process development, and implementation.
- Audit critical processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Review plans, processes, and systems relating to Engineering Services and provide feedback on compliance.
- Engage with key stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet expectations.
- Obtain regular progress reporting from project teams.
To be successful in this role, you will have a background in engineering and project management accompanied by:
- Strong skills in driving governance processes and compliance to requirements.
- An ability to work flexibly and adaptively in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to successfully engage stakeholders from various businesses.
- Demonstrated experience in collaborative and consultative processes at a professional level.
- Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work as a high performing member of a team.
- Demonstrated written communication and IT skills.
