Water Network Planning Role

The importance of water to the health of our world cannot be overstated. As the frequency and intensity of floods, droughts, and storms increase, the water industry must build resiliency and lead from the front.

  • Developing concepts to address system performance deficiencies and growth servicing plans
  • Leading development of scenarios that consider climate change, water efficiencies, and infrastructure planning
  • Leading asset class plans or renewal strategies
  • Options assessments and business case justifications
  • Producing reports and technical documents
  • Developing relationships with key strategic clients and building a portfolio of work
  • Project managing, including quality, cost, and program management

This position requires:

  • 5-15 years of experience in a water network planning role that includes water infrastructure projects
  • Planning skills including strategic water planning and modeling
  • Software experience including InfoWorks WS Pro and GIS software
  • Project and client relationship management experience
  • RPEV (Civil) registered or in process of registration
